A perfect spot for a pilgrimage! Steps away from the Sanctuary, our stay was highlighted by a welcoming and efficient staff. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a balcony. Amenities like daily towel changes added to the experience. Breakfast was fine, though not memorable. Truly a great base for exploring!

This place is a good option for a short weekend trip in Lourdes at a fair price. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Marianne, who quickly addressed any issues we had. Make sure to try the breakfast—it’s pretty decent for the value offered.

The air conditioning gave us a chill instead of comfort!!! The TV channels were extremely limited, leaving us with little to enjoy during downtime!!!

I had a great stay. The proximity to the bus stop made transfers easy. The staff was attentive and quick to resolve issues. Breakfast included delicious homemade biscuits. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I absolutely loved the homemade biscuits served at breakfast! The buffet spread was decent, and it’s nestled just minutes from the mesmerizing Sanctuary. Plus, the staff were super on it—solving any issues faster than you can say 'Lourdes'.

Now, onto the cheeky stuff! The balcony felt more like a lookout than a proper spot to chill, and the shower was a little cramped—like playing Tetris with my toes.

This hotel suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a lovely bar area. I remember how the staff helped me with my heavy baggage during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!

What a delightful experience! The room offered comfort, and the little balcony was a tranquil retreat after busy days. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the restaurant on-site and appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel at home. Don’t miss the gift shop for unique souvenirs!

Excellent location and helpful staff

The hotel is ideally situated just a block away from the Sanctuary, making visits to the grotto incredibly convenient. The staff were attentive and quick to assist with any issues, including air conditioning problems upon our arrival. Our room was clean and generally comfortable, but the bed was quite hard, making it less ideal for a long stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a good breakfast buffet that offered a variety of options to start the day.
